How Prop 65 Still Impacts You and Chemical Labeling

First passed by voters in 1986, California’s Proposition 65 requires companies to clearly warn Californians before they are exposed to substances that may cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. This landmark law brought national exposure to chemical safety and continues to influence how manufacturers develop, produce and distribute chemicals today. But are you aware of recent changes to Prop 65? Is your labeling process up to speed to handle new requirements? Failure to comply could result in significant fines or worse.

Attend this webinar to understand the impact of Prop 65 to your organization. Discover how the latest updates to the regulations are affecting companies and how you can avoid costly penalties to your business and your reputation. You’ll also learn about a more sustainable approach to labeling to help you comply with Prop 65 and other evolving regulations such as OSHA’s GHS.
